We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted data.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of your data but grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it. You retain ownership of the data you upload, including:
- • Family member details
- • Genealogy records
- • Uploaded content
However, by using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- • Store
- • Process
- • Display this data for providing the service.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply with Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and GDPR principles where applicable.
You have rights to access, correct, delete, and withdraw consent for your data. We process your data in accordance with applicable laws including:
